Fiscal Responsibility Begins at Directions.

As your Fiscal Intermediary Service provider, Directions provides a wide range of services…from those you would expect, to others you might not.

On a routine basis, we will:

• Develop and help maintain a training budget;

• Handle payroll, accounts receivable, and other accounting functions;

• Serve as a financial liason between your family and appropriate state agencies;

• Acquire and process the necessary state and federal employer tax forms on your behalf.

Initially, we’ll provide you with all the forms you need to establish Directions as your fiscal intermediary service. We even assist you in forms completion, as government paperwork is not always easy to navigate.

Other services include:

Payroll – Directions acts as your complete payroll service, handling all necessary functions between you, the employer, and the support staff you hire. We’ll issue staff paychecks, withhold and deposit the proper payroll taxes, submit quarterly payroll tax filings, and keep you current with tax and labor laws that might affect you. As an added convenience, we offer your employees a direct deposit service.

Customer Service – Put simply and succinctly, we make ourselves available to meet with you days, nights, and weekends. Our normal business hours are 8 am to 4 pm M-F, and we make every effort to answer or return your calls same-day…absolutely no later than the end of the next business day. We’ll meet with you at your office or ours, or any other site you find more convenient. You can also contact us by fax or email.
