A Directions program director, Jo-Ann earned her B.A. degree in psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University. While she coordinates all Directions DMR (Department of Mental Retardation) programs and services, she still makes time to provide direct case management services to our consumers with Acquired Brain Injury. Jo-Ann is also undertaking course work in human resources as she continues to serve Directions in an expanded role, including program development, hiring, and scheduling activities. She’s been part of the Directions team since 1996.

Lynne Nguyen

Lynne has more than 10 years of continuous service to Directions and our many consumers. She holds a bachelors degree from Central Connecticut State University, and lends her considerable skills and talents to virtually every department within our organization. Lynne’s diverse background includes direct consumer service, case management, and fiscal management. What’s more, she continues to take course work in accounting.

Marilyn Meyers

Marilyn has spent the majority of her career serving the multi-dimensional needs of children and adults with special needs. Through her combined professional, organizational, and inter-personal skills, Marilyn is the glue that keeps Directions running at peak efficiency. Over the years, she has risen through the ranks to her current position as office manager.
