Our Job Coaches Must Have:
• Ability to work one-on-one with consumers, vocational assessment experience; ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written reports, and related activities;
• Associates degree or equivalent number of college credit;s
• 2-5 years of experience in working with adults with disabilities;
• Valid Connecticut driver’s license.
Our Direct Service Providers Must Have:
• Ability to work with persons with disabilities throughout the state of Connecticut in job coaching, behavior management, self-care activities, and more;
• Associates degree or equivalent number of college credits;
• 2-5 years of experience in working with adults with disabilities;
• Valid Connecticut driver’s license.
